The only rule is that there are no rules!
Isn't the sentence, "Beware of Dogma," a dogmatic statement itself? This billboard is telling you to beware. It's not telling you why or how.
This FFRF believes that dogma is evil and destructive. So they decree that, "Thou shalt beware of dogma."
I just finished reading George Orwell's 1984. I find it interesting that just before I see this sign, I was learning what doublethink was.
It reminds me of the tolerant people who are intolerant of intolerance, or the post-modernists who pointedly declare that only

paul: since Freedom From Religion is based here in Hell, er, Madison, i hear "beware of dogma" every now and then. the best thing, as you pointed out, is to turn to whoever just made themselves feel superior by saying it and ask: "oh, so are you dogmatic about that?" gets the smug little rats every time *blows smoke from verbal gun*
